RETURN POLICY

Around the Horn will provide a refund for orders with damaged or incorrect products. Our return policy is only valid for 7 days from the time of delivery. If your items arrive damaged, you may request a replacement but it must be received within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Several types of products are exempt from being returned: beer, gift cards and sale items.

To begin your return, simply email our team at aroundthehornmarketing@gmail.com letting us know the issue along with pictures of damaged or incorrect item and your order number, we will review and replace the items accordingly. The buyer is responsible for return shipping if items are not damaged or incorrect. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
