Refund policy

Around The Horn will provide an exchange for orders with damaged or incorrect products. If the correct replacement product is not available, Around The Horn will refund the purchase to the original payment method. If your items arrive damaged or you receive the incorrect item, a replacement request must be received within 48 hours of delivery. To begin your replacement request, email our team at aroundthehornmarketing@gmail.com letting us know the issue along with pictures of the damaged or incorrect item and your order number. We will review and replace the items accordingly.

Around The Horn will accept returns for non-damaged products. In this case, the buyer is responsible for paying return shipping. Return requests must be received within seven days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To begin your return, email our team at aroundthehornmarketing@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Once the item has arrived back to Around The Horn and been inspected, a refund will be made to the original payment method.

Several types of products are exempt from being returned: beer, gift cards, and sale items.
